The digital version is put online approximately two weeks before the exhibition. The database is to be scrolled and\/ or to be downloaded.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to have an online catalogue with every item illustrated, and this by the exhibition at the latest.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"red\">Bidding<\/h2>\n<p>Although there are different ways to acquire a work of art, nothing lives up to the excitement experienced live during the sale.Registration<\/p>\n<p>After registration (name,full address, bank account and guarantee) it is possible to participate.<\/p>\n<h3>To attend a sale<\/h3>\n<p>By clearly raising your hand you show your intention to bid.<\/p>\n<h3>Not to attend a sale<\/h3>\n<p>Either you bid by filling out an absentee bid form, you apply for a telephone line or you leave a bid by mail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Absentee\u00a0<\/strong><strong>bid<\/strong>: you are not attending the sale but still want to participate during the sale. Therefore you leave a bid form during the exhibition days, or fax +32 9 2337671 or mail it to our office 24 hours prior to the sale at the latest. This form , filled out with your personal information, gives the auctioneer the autorisation to bid on your behalf, and to acquire the desired item(s) for the lowest price possible, commission not included.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Telephone bid<\/strong>: fill out a form with your personal information to bid by phone during the sale, and leave it by one of our staff members during the exhibition, or fax\/ mail it to our office 24 hours prior to the sale at the latest.(=mondaymorning 10.00 pm before the sale) By applying for a telephone line you state the intention to actively participate in the sale.<br \/>\nThis service is only provided for items with an estimation of 500 euros as the lower estimate.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/connect.invaluable.com\/loeckx\/\">Live online bidding<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is possible now after registration on the &#8220;live online bidding&#8221;site.Buyers premium in this case will be +30 %. Registration is possible until mondaymorning 10.00pm before the sale.Important: Auctioneers LOECKX is not responsible when one of these services can not be provided due to technical or other problems.
